A 4-session kick-starter programme run over 1 month covering intake, stabilisation, and recovery initialisation.
This package is designed to stabilise you and to set you on the path to recovery.
BURNOUT RECOVERY PROGRAMME
An 8-session programme run over 5 months covering intake, stabilisation, and a focused sequence of recovery sessions.
This package is designed to stabilise you and to give you the tools to make a full recovery.
BURNOUT RESILIENCE PROGRAMME
An 11-session programme run over 8 months covering intake, stabilisation, a focused sequence of recovery sessions, plus some additional sessions to help build long-term burnout resilience.
BURNOUT BOUNCEBACK & BEYOND PROGRAMME
A 14-session programme run over 15 months, and is the gold-standard package
It covers intake, stabilisation, a focused sequence of recovery sessions, plus some additional sessions to help build long-term burnout resilience. This programme then includes 1 monthly and 2 quarterly “check-in” sessions to keep you accountable and on the right path.
